Joelle works primarily on corporate litigation matters in the Court of Chancery, including advancement, books and records, and appraisal actions, and individual shareholder and derivative matters (for both plaintiffs and defendants) involving claims for breaches of fiduciary duties, corporate control, and corporate statutory obligations. Joelle's practice also includes general litigation matters, such as breach of contract, commercial, and employment disputes, as well as estate and will contests. From 1997 to 1998, Joelle served as a law clerk in United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
