Kathy Miller heads the firm's bankruptcy practice. Kathy has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate/commercial litigation, general litigation and bankruptcy matters. Kathy has tried cases in all of Delaware's trial courts, and represented clients in Delaware Insurance Arbitration, AAA proceedings, and before the Delaware Department of Labor.
Prior to joining SKJ as an associate in 1991, Kathy clerked in the Delaware Court of Chancery with then Vice Chancellor Maurice A. Hartnett III. Kathy became a partner in January 2000.
