Litigation and Bankruptcy Practice Mike Migliore has substantial experience in litigation, having practiced throughout Delaware's Courts, both at the state and federal level.  During Mike’s years of corporate bankruptcy experience, he has represented a wide array of clients, including numerous chapter 11 corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, insurance companies, asset purchasers, institutional lenders, private equity firms, landlords and individual creditors, as well as plaintiffs and defendants in many adversary proceedings.  Mike is certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court, and he is the Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Delaware State Bar.  Mike mediates commercial disputes, helping his clients to resolve disputes economically and efficiently through alternatives to traditional litigation. Mike served as an extern to The Honorable Joseph J. Farnan Jr. (retired) of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Government Relations and Consulting Mike is former counsel to the House of Representatives of the Delaware General Assembly and a former legal aide to then-United States Senator, now Vice President, Joseph R. Biden, Jr.  Mike has a firm grasp of the rules of the legislative process, a strong sense of how the institutions of government operate and a solid understanding of what works and what doesn’t.
