Mike Migliore has extensive experience in commercial litigation, corporate litigation and bankruptcy matters for both debtors and creditors, including one of the largest corporate bankruptcies ever filed.  Mike has practiced throughout Delaware's Courts, both state and federal.  Mike is also an attorney for the House of Representatives in the Delaware General Assembly. In this capacity, he drafts legislation and counsels legislators on a myriad of legal issues.  Mike is certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court. Mike served as law clerk while in law school to the Honorable Joseph J. Farnan Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Mike also served as legal aide to then-United States Senator Joseph R.
