Bob has over 30 years of litigation experience. He began his career as a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he handled civil and criminal cases for several consumer protection agencies.
Bob represented several insurance companies in nationally prominent environmental insurance coverage cases in Delaware's Superior Court, including North American Philips Corp., DuPont and Monsanto. He currently represents insurers in coverage cases involving toxic waste, claims arising from the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, professional liability claims, and claims arising from Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities.
His practice covers a range of subject areas, including:
- Superior Court litigation, including contract cases, insurance coverage and liability cases.
- Court of Chancery litigation, including contests over the control of corporations and partnerships, stockholder derivative actions, stock list cases, and contract cases.
