Stephanie practices in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie served as a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court. While in law school, Stephanie participated in Widener's judicial externship program, working with Chief Justice Myron T. Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court, and Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery. She also served on the editorial board of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law as an Articles Editor and provided research assistance to Professor Lawrence A. Hamermesh (Loyalty's Core Demand: The Defining Role of Good Faith in Corporation Law, 98 GEO. L.J. 629 (2010)).
